Launching something
- What does launch help cost?
- Launch Partner starts at $750 a month plus 0.5% to 3% of the new revenue your launch brings in. It's 0.5% for the first 3 months, then the rate we agree for your business.
- What counts as new revenue?
- Only revenue from what you're launching, like the new location or the new product. Never your existing business.
- How long do I sign up for?
- Six months minimum, then month to month.
- Can I start with something smaller?
- Yes. A written Launch Plan is $950: a 60-minute conversation, then a written plan within 10 business days. It's credited toward Launch Partner if you start within 30 days.
- What's included in Launch Partner?
- Help getting organized, from choosing a location to the agreements your lawyer signs off. Your website and whatever else the launch needs, built and then cared for. Getting seen: Google Business Profile, local listings, a launch announcement and outreach to local partners. And simple systems: inquiry follow-up, booking and reminders. - Are ad spend and software included?
- No. Advertising spend and paid software are billed at cost, and only with your OK.
- What if my opening date moves?
- Dates move. The plan moves with it.
Websites
- How much is a website?
- $100 a month from the day it goes live, build included. Nothing upfront.
- Do I pay before I see anything?
- No. You get free concepts in 3 business days. If you don't like them, you owe nothing.
- What if I want to cancel?
- You can. A $400 early-exit fee applies only if you cancel within the first 6 months. After that, there's no fee.
- Do I keep my domain and content?
- Yes. Your domain and content stay yours.
- What does the monthly website plan include?
- Care. We keep the site running, with hosting, security and backups, and send you a monthly report of what we updated, what we checked, and what comes next.
- I already have a website.
- We can work with what you have. If we build you a new one, we move everything over from your old site, domain included.
